Are you looking to begin a career in education? Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of secondary schools across Northamptonshire who are seeking graduates. These schools are aiming to recruit enthusiastic people who have recently achieved a university degree and are interested in teacher training opportunities. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience and to work alongside a department specialising in a subject you are passionate about. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have a degree in English, Maths or Science. Your role will include covering lessons across key stage 3 and 4, with the opportunity to complete a teacher training programme in partnership with the school. Ideal candidates will be:

• A recent graduate
• Passionate about your degree subject and keen to begin a teaching career
• Confident in leading lessons and able to engage with pupils
• Able to manage behaviour
• Support groups to achieve learning objectives

In return, Teaching Personnel are able to offer a competitive daily wage of between £60-£80 (depending on your qualifications and experience), support and advice from an experienced team of specialist education recruitment consultants and regular opportunities for training and personal development.
