What is the Future Teachers Programme?

This structured graduate pathway is designed to help you gain hands-on classroom experience, build confidence, and secure a place on a salaried teacher training programme. You will work in local schools as a graduate cover supervisor or teaching assistant gaining invaluable practical skills while earning a competitive salary.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Graduates with a passion for education and supporting young people
  • English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and Languages graduates
  • Ambitious individuals eager to become fully qualified teachers
  • No prior school experience required but a willingness to learn and be in the education sector

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
