Train to teach and gain experience whilst being paid in exciting and varied roles!

Teaching Personnel work with a number of local secondary primary and SEN schools to provide paid experience to degree holding graduates who are interested in training to teach in the future. This paid work will allow you to build a portfolio prior to undertaking ITT with a local school as part of the local education authority or a local trust and is designed to give you a varied and fully inclusive experience of education before you commit to one of the age groups.

We work with schools to provide temporary and permanent support staffs who are motivated and committed graduates with a future interest in teaching. You would be utilised by the schools in the area to provide support to students in small groups, or whole classes building the vital experience to ensure that this is the correct career for you and creating a full portfolio of work to show to an ITT provider when you are going forward with applications for September 2020.

Teaching Personnel work with the majority of schools in Hampshire to provide them with this service and we are looking to increase the number of schools we are able to offer graduates to in order to aid more future teachers in finding placements for September 2020.

We are particularly interested in those who live in or are able to commute to:

  • Basingstoke
  • Andover
  • Alton
  • Winchester
  • Fleet
  • Farnborough
