Teaching Personnel are the market leaders in Education Recruitment working in collaboration with a renowned Secondary School in Skipton, BD23 looking to appoint Graduate Teaching Assistants from November 2019.

Working in conjunction with Teaching Personnel's Future Teacher programme I am looking for aspiring Graduates who are looking to pursue a career in Secondary Education. Within this 10 month position you would gain experience and mentorship prior to starting on the schools direct teacher training programme from September 2020.

Over the 10 months (one academic year) you will gain experience in a range of responsibilities including supporting classroom teachers, supporting students 1:1, leading small group sessions, preparing classroom resources, monitoring pupil progress and attainment while reporting to class teachers.

• Graduate Teaching Assistant, Full Time from November 2019
• Fixed placement in one of our partner Secondary Schools
• Earning up to £1200 per month
• Prior training and induction to Schools Teacher Training Programme
• Train to become a Secondary School Teacher in a Nationally Recognised Teaching School
• All Degree subjects considered

To be considered the ideal candidate will have achieved their Bachelors degree, have previous experience working with young people or be able to demonstrate a keen interest in working with young people.
