Are you a graduate, final-year university student or currently completing a degree and looking to gain valuable experience working with children in a primary school?
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of primary schools across Croydon and South West London who are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop their skills and potentially progress into a career in teaching, education, psychology or working with children.
You don't necessarily need previous school experience — we're interested in people who have the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting children.
What we're looking for:
- A completed degree, currently studying towards a degree, or due to graduate
- A genuine interest in working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Someone who is reliable, patient and approachable
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- A willingness to learn and develop within a school environment
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
