A mixed comprehensive secondary school is seeking a dynamic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming staff team on a full time basis from January 2020 or earlier.

Due to an increased demand for additional support across Key Stages 3 and 4, the SENCO is now seeking a resilient, empathetic Graduate with a passion for supporting the teaching and learning of young people. -          Full time Graduate Teaching Assistant required from January 2020.

-          Must hold a degree level qualification to be considered, alongside previous experience working with young people within a support capacity.

-          Opportunity to work within a welcoming staff team with access to CPD training programmes throughout the academic year.

-          Earn up to GBP325 per week.

As the incoming Graduate Teaching Assistant your role will involve working with identified pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing general in class support alongside 1:1 intervention and small group work. The school boasts just over 800 pupils on roll, aged 11-16. Salford can be easily accessed via the M66 and the surrounding areas; Bolton, Preston and Rochdale. There are also a range of public transport options for those who do not drive, with links throughout Greater Manchester.
