Due to high demand, Teaching Personnel are recruiting for core subject graduates for teaching assistant opportunities starting ASAP and moving into the remainder of the academic year. If you have a degree in a core subject and are looking at gaining experience in a primary school to begin your career in education, then you are encouraged to get in touch ASAP for immediate consideration!

Teaching Personnel work closely with a large number of Primary Schools South Manchester (Wythenshawe, Chorlton, Didsbury) who are looking for core subject graduates to assistant learning across the EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Graduate Teaching assistants are expected to work under the instruction of the class teacher to deliver small group/1:1 intervention sessions to children who need additional support to help raise attainment in core subject areas. Our client schools are keen to recruit graduates who hold a passion for their subject who want to gain experience in primary schools.

To be considered for our graduate Teaching Assistant roles, you will:

  • Hold a degree in English, Maths, Science, Psychology or equivalent
  • Be dedicated and committed to assisting learning for the children in your care
  • Be punctual and professional at all times
  • Be able to take direction from others
  • Have a optimistic, energetic attitude and willingness to learn
