Teaching Personnel are seeking graduates who have a passion or an interest in wanting to pursue a career in education. Teaching Personnel are working with a number of SEN schools who are looking for graduates to become Teaching Assistants in the there SEN (Special Educational Needs) Department. Or to work 1:1 with pupils who struggle in the classroom. This has become a popular pathway for graduates to use, the experiences hands on experiences you can gain in different departments has really helped young graduates decide on weather education is the right pathway for them.

Gaining firsthand experience as a support member of staff before completing your PGCE provides you with classroom based experience, understanding structure of lessons, behaviour systems and ways to get the best out of pupils.

The roles Teaching Personnel are recruiting for:

• SEN General Teaching Assistant
• 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant
• SEN Small Group Teaching Assistant

Each role will entail different responsibility’s and will have very different types if students with various needs. These specific roles Teaching Personnel are recruiting for will start in September ready for the start of the academic year.

• Full time & Part time roles available
• SEN or General roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
