Graduate Teaching Assistant

If so, Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of our client school in Salisbury to recruit graduate teaching assistants ahead of the new academic year.

• Full and part time graduate teaching assistant positions available from September 2019
• Supporting the learning of pupils across a range of subject areas including; Maths, English and Science
• Up to GBP300 per week whilst gaining invaluable experience

The Head Teacher of a school in Salisbury wishes to appoint a number of graduates who are keen to promote learning and can encourage his pupils to reach their full potential.

Applicants are required to be educated to degree level (All subjects welcome to apply) and will ideally have transferable or direct school based experience supporting pupils aged 11-16, although this isn’t essential.  

The successful applicants will hold a number of responsibilities including; working on a 1:1 basis with pupils who have been identified to require additional support within their studies, working closely with pupils making their transition from primary to secondary (year 7) as well as providing additional tuition support to GCSE pupils preparing for examinations.
