Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work in a range of secondary schools across Bolton, Salford, and Bury starting from September 2025. These roles are perfect for ambitious graduates who want to develop their skills, build confidence in the classroom, and make a real difference to young people’s education.
About the Role:

Teaching Assistant (TA): Support teachers in the classroom, help students with their learning, and assist with lesson preparation.

Cover Supervisor: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher and manage student behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
