Working Hours: Full-Time, 8:15 – 16:15
Salary: £580 per week

Teaching Personnel are working with a dynamic Alternative Provision in the Bottesford area, looking for full-time Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team.
This setting supports pupils with a range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours. We’re looking for resilient, compassionate, and motivated individuals who can build positive relationships and help students re-engage with learning in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be calm, patient, and able to build trust with students who may display challenging behaviour.
- Have experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or youth work setting, or a relevant degree, including but not limited to Psychology.
- Be committed to supporting students’ emotional and academic growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
