Teaching assistant roles for graduates in Secondary schools

These roles are based at several MAT schools across the Twickenham, Hounslow and Kingston area of South London. We are committed to providing the highest level of education and care in a safe, positive environment that enables each individual to achieve his or her maximum potential at these secondary schools.

The focus of these secondary schools approach is in three core areas: education, independence and inclusion. Based on these core areas we provide individual, child-centred programmes which recognise individual abilities and strengths and help students to reach their full potential.

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and proactive professionals to provide assistance in supporting the effective delivery of education, care and independence programmes for Learners and Young People, ensuring that facilities comply with statutory regulations and quality standards. Previous experience of working within a school or tutoring environment would be desirable, however the school provide on the job training too.

The post will suit professional individuals who are prepared to work flexibly in a vibrant, caring and supportive environment. The schools are part of a large MAT in South London, therefore they have sites in Twickenham, Hounslow and Kingston among other areas - where they're seeking to add to their support staff. Full time and long term roles are currently available.
