Graduate Teachers.

A Secondary school located in the Middlesbrough area is searching for Graduates to to work within its classrooms of secondary pupils, as lesson leads and behaviour supports.

These role's can be held on a full time or part time basis and will be to commence immediately ongoing until the end of the academic year.

The position will involve working with a classroom of students across Key Stages 3 and 4.The candidate will need to be confident in managing challenging behaviour as well as being enthusiastic and a positive role model for the students! You will be working with children from a mix of backgrounds, including children in looked after care. You will play a large role in the monitoring of students progress and development both in terms of their academic and personal achievements.

Ideally for this role, you will have experience with challenging behaviour and will be confident managing this. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds including social and youth work and graduates looking for experience in Secondary Schools before going into teaching. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers as well as specialist teaching assistants.
