Are you looking for a career in education?
- Graduate Teacher Internship commencing September 2020.
- Graduates with all levels of experience are welcome to apply.
- Supporting across KS3/4 within your specialist subject area.
- Earn up to GBP325 per week.
Are you a recent Graduate or in the process of completing your degree and wishing to embark upon a secondary teacher training programme in the future? Your teacher training may have suddenly ended due to the coronavirus or you may be struggling to find the support you need to secure the September position; you have studied so hard for.
Could you benefit from gaining invaluable experience within a classroom setting?
If so, Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with Northamptonshire secondary schools to offer a “Future Teachers programme” to graduates interested in a paid internship, for a fantastic insight into the world of teaching.
What is the Future Teacher Programme?
The Future Teachers Programme is designed to help address the teacher shortages across England & Wales by attracting bright graduates who are considering a career in teaching but wish to gain practical experience before enrolling in initial teacher training (ITT).
Schools taking part in the programme have the opportunity to enrol graduates onto their own ITT programme or help signpost them to a partner ITT provision. In doing so, they can secure a highly motivated graduate who will become a future member of the teaching team.
Why choose Teaching Personnel?
Teaching Personnel is the UK’s leading education recruitment agency. We currently work with over 100 schools across Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes, providing day to day supply as well as long term cover and permanent staff.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check of which we can support with a subsidised cost.
As a new graduate you can expect valuable hands-on experience and support from staff to help you build on your experience, marking and delivering lessons within your subject specialism.
You will have the opportunity to provide one-to-one and small group interventions. You will also have the opportunity to progress onto a school’s direct placement upon successful completion.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have a background or degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages or Sport.
Are you the right teacher to join our team? If so, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please submit a copy of your CV or contact the Northants Secondary Branch for more information on 01604 376695.
