The amount and regularity of work can be adjusted to suit your needs with roles ranging from one day bookings at multiple schools per week to long term bookings in a single school.

Teaching Personnel have multiple partner schools across the area, which work solely with us to provide the best cover and lessons for the pupils in their care, and due to this demand we are constantly in need of more competent professional educators.

We are particularly interested in support staff who are able to provide both sport and general cover work within schools, we find that pupils tend to respond well to sporty individuals with a background in coaching, due to transferable skills which translate well in the classroom such as having a good presence and being able to control the room, being confident and friendly, and being able to motivate and inspire.

Teaching Personnel also work with schools to assist in ITT (Initial Teacher Training) and building experience prior to applications for PGCE (University based) and SCITT (on the job teacher training) programmes.

If you are available to teach during the school day and you would like to work for Teaching Personnel to provide quality physical education to pupils between the ages of 11 and 18 get in contact and register your interest by applying with your CV and we will be in touch to discuss the next steps!
