Are you an ambitious, outgoing and goal-oriented graduate from Core Subject/Education/PGCE disciplines? Are you someone with a keen interest in the education sector looking for your first position on the Recruitment Consultant Career Ladder? Then this could be the opportunity for you!

Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest Education Recruitment Company, is expanding in our Northampton office. We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team of talented Education Recruitment Consultants and supportive Managers who are always striving for excellence!

This position has the potential for development and progression, however, it will challenge you, the daily routine is fast paced and you'll be working to tight deadlines and targets.

You will:

  • Make a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region
  • Source and recruit quality teachers and support staff and carry out interviews
  • Have regular face-to-face client visits to build relationships with key decision makers in schools in order to successfully service your given client schools
  • Create quality marketing and advertising

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant; you need to be outgoing, an excellent communicator and extremely organised. Ideally, you will have previous sales experience and knowledge of the education sector, however, this is not essential. Additionally, you will need to have a valid full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.

Teaching Personnel have a specific career path for Recruitment Consultants to progress, we review performance regularly and you may qualify for promotions 4 times per year! Our business is organic and almost all management started their career at Teaching Personnel as a Trainee Graduate Consultant.
