Contract: Full-Time
Pay: £92.63- £105 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across Newcastle upon Tyne to recruit enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistants. Your Role
- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation, progress, and confidence.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to maximise student outcomes.
- Gain first-hand experience of classroom management and educational practice.

- Hold a degree in any subject area.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Can inspire students and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Have previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
