Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for newly qualified teachers (NQT’s) / student teachers to begin work in Cornwall on a supply basis immediately.
Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement.
We provide unprecedented support for all our candidates and additionally support NQTs with getting started on their induction.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with young people. This role demands enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need candidates who are willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

The successful candidate:
· Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education,
· Have experience of teaching within the UK,
· Be able to set high standards,
· Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
· Plan innovative and creative lessons,
· Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
· Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
· Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,
· Be adaptable and reliable,
· Be a flexible and confident individual.
