Graduate English Tutor

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated graduate to join us as an English Tutor. This will suit a dedicated and passionate graduate with aspirations to work within an outstanding learning environment. This is a fantastic first step into education, working with our young people by providing engaging and encouraging support in English. It is important that the successful candidate is passionate about English and is looking to thrive in a supportive and growth-orientated work environment.

You will work with students either on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups to provide dedicated intervention support which meets the individual needs of our students. The role will also involve in-class support and you will help prepare and deliver sessions, and mark/assess work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to explore teaching and might be considering plans for teacher training, or just looking to gain some initial school based experience. We have a team of tutors who work as key members of each subject department and liaise closely with teachers on a daily basis to ensure that progress is achieved.
