Are you a recent graduate or someone who is considering a future in teaching or working with young people? Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and child-centred Cover Supervisors in the Sheffield and Doncaster area. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore the diverse landscape of education and gain valuable classroom experience whilst earning up to £110 per day dependant on experience.

 

Suitable candidates will:

• Have an optimistic approach, be enthusiastic and above all hold a strong commitment to young people and their learning.

• Be resilient and have good behaviour management skills within the classroom.

• Be able to provide cover across a diverse range of subjects.

• The ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Be organised and have knowledge of school routines.

• Be able to hold good relationships with staff, students and parents.

• Be flexible across year groups and adapt to different situations where necessary.

• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
