Graduate Cover Supervisor

Have you recently graduated and are looking to gain experience in the education sector? 

We are looking for a confident graduate who is comfortable working as a Cover Supervisor at a Specialist school in Horncastle. The role will involve receiving a varied timetable for the day, showing where you need to be and when throughout the day. You will be provided with all the work for each lesson and you will be required to ensure all the children are happy with the work they are doing and have everything they need for the lesson. There will be a number of experience Teaching Assistants in the class who will be there to support you with the needs and behaviours of the class. 

The ages of the school vary from Primary up to Post 16 and all students have an ECHP for additional needs including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
