Job description

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience in education before applying for teacher training? Do you have a passion for working with young people and want a flexible role that fits around your schedule?

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, confident, and reliable Graduate Cover Supervisors to join our team and support secondary schools across Oldham and Rochdale.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms in the absence of a teacher, delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Build classroom confidence

  • Gain valuable school-based experience

  • Work flexibly across various schools and subjects

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Have strong communication and organisational skills

  • Be confident managing a classroom and engaging students

  • Be adaptable, professional, and enthusiastic

  • Hold a UK Driving Licence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
