The Head at a Burnley based school has contacted Teaching Personnel to appoint a successful Geography Teacher to start within their Humanities department. The Humanities team is highly successful and has consistently with a track record of raising attainment. In their most recent Ofsted inspection the school achieved a grading of “Good”. There are excellent facilities with modern school buildings and state of the art resources. All new staff are fully supported with an extensive induction and ongoing school CPD.

To be considered for this role candidates should:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in a Geography related subject
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status
  • Be available on a full time basis starting from September 2021

The successful candidate will benefit from:

  • Excellent facilities and a Geography department achieving excellent progress 8 scores
  • Negotiable pay rates depending on experience (GBP25714 – 41,604)
