Geography Teacher – Weymouth
Full-Time | Starting January 2026

An innovative and supportive secondary school in Weymouth is looking for a passionate Geography Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves inspiring young learners and bringing the subject to life.

The successful applicant will deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students of all abilities to explore the world, develop their geographical understanding, and build essential skills.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent).

  • Confident classroom management with strong organisational skills.

  • Ability to design creative, curriculum-driven lessons.

  • Wide-ranging subject knowledge and dedication to excellent teaching.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to inspire and support students.

  • Flexible and reflective approach, attentive to the individual needs of learners.
