Geography Teacher - Basingstoke - September

The Role:

Our client school in Basingstoke is looking to hire a full time Geography Teacher to help pupils to raise attainment across the curriculum from September 2018. You would be expected to teach KS3 and KS4 in Geography at a high quality and be able to aid the faculty in identifying key pupils that could be pushed forward or helped to catch up. If you are able to offer any additional humanities subjects this would also be extremely helpful to the school. This is a full time position and a permanent role, you will be paid to your relevant pay scale (MPS/UPS)

• The ability to commit to what could become a permanent position depending in quality of teaching

The school based in Basingstoke is rated Good by Ofsted who have said "Pupils are confident and articulate. They value their learning and display very positive attitudes. Having recently ben out to visit the school for the day I can assure you that this is a correct statement with engaged and excited pupils in all classrooms and a generally ambitious atmosphere within the school.

Located off the M3 it is easily reachable from Reading, Winchester, Southampton and London with excellent rail routes and local buses running throughout the peak times.
