Job Title: General Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: As a General Teaching, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process. You will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to excel academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support and guidance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful atmosphere.
• Contribute to the overall welfare and development of students.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to assess student progress.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
