We offer a vast amount of varied work to teachers every day; short term, day to day and emergency cover, medium term to long term positions and permanent placements.

Due to an increased focus in schools on raising attainment across their cohort, we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for fully qualified teachers to deliver core subjects English, maths and the sciences to our client schools in Swansea and the surrounding areas. As such we are seeking to register ‘outstanding’, fully qualified teachers of English, maths, biology, chemistry, physics or general science to deliver everything from ad-hoc supply and longer term assignments, as well as Teaching Personnel’s exclusive intervention programmes.

Pay rates for these roles will be in the region of £80-£100 dependant on meeting the referencing and interview criteria. For experienced, dedicated candidates we are also able to offer a ‘Guaranteed Work Scheme’, guaranteeing you 3-4 days of work per week to work exclusively through Teaching Personnel.

If you are a qualified teacher specialising in English, maths or a science subject, we are keen to speak to you as a matter of urgency, please give us a call on 01792 473300 and ask for Shaun or alternatively, please send your CV to
