Do you have experience managing young people and wish to develop this in a classroom environment?

A popular and modern Newbury secondary school are currently looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to join their support team ASAP on a flexible temporary basis to support the school with planned and unplanned teacher absences. The school have an ever growing population and are looking for a teacher who is eager to get the best out of their students.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering lessons in the absence of teachers and managing the classroom appropriately. All work is pre-set by the school so it’s just a case of ensuring pupils remain on task with this. The school’s working hours are around 8.30am to 3.30 pm.

No previous experience in the classroom or subject knowledge required for the role of Cover Supervisor, just educated to degree level ideally and any work with children being advantageous! The ideal candidate for the role of Cover Supervisor will be confident and have good behaviour management.
