Shape Futures in Nottingham: Become a 1-1 GCSE Tutor!

Are you passionate about empowering students and making a real difference in their education? Do you have experience in teaching or tutoring and a knack for helping young people succeed? If so, we want to hear from you!

TP-Tutors is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team of 1-1 GCSE Tutors in the Nottingham area. Help students reach their full potential in the comfort of their own homes or local libraries.

What we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Earn between £25 and £30 per hour, rewarding your valuable expertise.
  • Flexible Daytime Hours: Tuition sessions take place during school term time, between 8 am and 4 pm, offering a schedule that can fit around other commitments.
  • Make a Real Impact: Provide focused, individualised support to GCSE students, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic goals.
  • Convenient Locations: Tutor students in their homes or at local libraries within the Nottingham area.

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Possess experience in education or tutoring, with a strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum.
  • Have a solid grasp of safeguarding principles and a commitment to creating a safe learning environment.
  • Ideally hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), although this is not essential.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (ideally registered on the update service for a quicker onboarding process).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
