We are excited to announce that Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor for a school in St Annes.
The Role:
- Supporting students in Key Stage 2 as a learning mentor
- Flexible full-time hours with weekly pay

About You:
- Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Empathetic and an attentive listener
- Able to form strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Warm and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing a supportive ear for students facing behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties
- Working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Collaborating on action plans to help students reach their full potential by overcoming barriers
- Liaising with parents and caregivers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
