The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

• Support teachers with classroom learning and behaviour management.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils.
• Gain experience with a variety of age groups and subjects.
• Develop key skills in communication, organisation, and classroom leadership.
