About the Future Teachers Programme: Teaching Personnel’s Future Teachers Graduate Scheme is a programme created to assist any graduates considering a career as a secondary school teacher in the future. The unique scheme assists graduates local to the Sheffield area to gain invaluable school-based experience prior to securing Initial Teacher Training Programme or gaining a place on a PGCE course. This comprehensive program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, preparing you for a rewarding career in teaching, and the best part, you are paid to train! Which means, no tuition fees, no loans, just a salary paid to you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
