Teaching Personnel work directly with a lot of university graduates who have completed their courses with strong results & are keen to explore the option of working within education. For this programme some kind of education experience would be beneficial, such as working in a Nursery, Volunteering within a School or Sports coaching.

The process works by putting you forward to Schools who potentially are looking to put candidates onto their teaching training programme but first & for most you would be working as a Teaching Assistant, or Cover Supervisor to gain experience and understand how School life works for a period of time before being asked or put forward for the teaching programme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
