Full-Time Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about motivating young learners and creating a lasting impact on children's lives? Do you have the enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to work with students across all Key Stages? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a talented and dynamic full time teaching assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our mission to shape the future, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their learning journey, from EYFS and Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.

What Were Looking for:

  • Passion for Teaching: You’re deeply committed to working with children and helping them realize their full potential.
  • Flexibility & Drive: You’re eager to work with students across Key Stage 1 & 2 and are motivated to adapt to diverse needs and challenges.
  • Team Player: You excel in a collaborative setting, supporting teachers, working alongside students, and contributing positively to the school’s culture.
  • Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills are exceptional, easily building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, or a relevant/higher qualification.

Your Role:

  • Assisting with classroom activities across various subjects (Maths, English, Science, Art, and more).
  • Helping to prepare resources and support lesson planning.
  • Collaborating with teachers to foster an inspiring and effective learning environment.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Promoting student engagement, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom.
  • Supporting the emotional and social development of all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
