Full-Time Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a talented and dynamic full time teaching assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our mission to shape the future, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their learning journey, from EYFS and Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.

- Flexibility & Drive: You’re eager to work with students across Key Stage 1 & 2 and are motivated to adapt to diverse needs and challenges.
- Team Player: You excel in a collaborative setting, supporting teachers, working alongside students, and contributing positively to the school’s culture.
- Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills are exceptional, easily building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Qualifications: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, or a relevant/higher qualification.
Your Role:
- Assisting with classroom activities across various subjects (Maths, English, Science, Art, and more).
- Helping to prepare resources and support lesson planning.
- Collaborating with teachers to foster an inspiring and effective learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Promoting student engagement, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom.
- Supporting the emotional and social development of all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
