The Role

Our client school in Fleet is looking to appoint a Teacher of History on a permanent basis to start in either September or October. This is an Outstanding rated school located just off the M3, it has a modern campus with state of the art facilities and plenty of parking, and it is also easily reached by bus and train from most local large cities. You would be expected to be able to maintain and increase the attainment of the pupils under your care, ranging in age from 11-16 years.

The correct candidate would be experienced, passionate and ambitious. You will need to be able to plan and mark work at both KS3 and KS4. A history of improving attainment and maintaining high rates of success within history is preferred.

This role is suitable for NQTs as well as experienced teachers and CPD and support will be offered to match your experience and ability.

This role will be paid slightly above MPS/UPS as the school are happy to attract the higher quality of candidate and pay for this.
