Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant

Role and Responsibilities: As a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress.
- Help students build confidence and reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- A passion for supporting students with varying abilities and learning styles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a degree).
- Experience in education or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to the success of all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
