Job Title: Full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:

Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students
Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional help
Preparing and organising learning materials and resources
Assessing students' progress and providing feedback to the teacher

Required Qualifications:

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience working with primary school children

Knowledge and Skills:

Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Patience and empathy when working with students
