Full-time Cover Supervisor
- Full-time Cover Supervisor - immediate start date.
- Coeducational Secondary school located in Warrington.
- Typical earnings in the region of £1200 per month dependent on school hours.
- Providing cover across the subject range in the absence of the classroom teacher
Our client Secondary school require a Cover Supervisor to join the school on a full-time basis in order to provide general classroom support, delivering pre-set lessons to students where a teacher will be absent.
With a large number of extra curricular activities and trips planned prior to the Christmas break, the large mixed comprehensive Secondary school requires additional support from a Cover Supervisor who will be employed by the school on a full-time basis in order to provide classroom support.
In order to be successful in this position then you must be confident when taking a class of up to 30 students delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring that all of the students understand that the work has been set. It will be crucial that you are flexible as you will be expected to cover a wide range of subjects including, Maths, English, Science and Humanities.
The role as a Cover Supervisor is a great opportunity for Graduates who are looking to gain classroom based experience prior to applying for a teacher training programme in the future.
