Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a French Teacher for a secondary school in the HX6 area. The school fosters a vibrant and diverse community and seeks to maximise the potential each pupil has. The ideal candidate will work alongside a supportive MFL department to deliver learning according to the school’s ethos and high standards.
The successful candidate will also benefit from the opportunity to develop yourself professionally through delivered CPD courses for career progression. Both experienced and NQTs are welcome to apply.
Requirements for the role:
- Hold QTS status and relevant degree
- Have a DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to get one
- Have experience teaching French to children or be newly qualified and ambitious
As a French teacher, you must:
- Be enthusiastic and committed to inspire students in their learning
- Have a passion for education and teaching French
- Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
- Have the ability to plan and deliver lessons that will engage students
- Be able to differentiate between ability levels and deliver teaching accordingly
- Having an adaptable approach to work with flexible working hours
