We are currently seeking a flexible teaching assistant to join the team at a client secondary school based in Manchester city centre, starting on 30^th October.

Our client school is located in the heart of Manchester city centre and is committed to providing high-quality education to its diverse student population. As a flexible teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process within the school. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities.
• Supervising students during break times and off-site activities.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and maintaining records.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant qualifications: A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Previous experience working with secondary school students is highly desirable.
• Flexibility: The ability to adapt to different teaching styles and work with diverse student needs is essential.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
• Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities is crucial in this role.
