Flexible TA Work

We are looking to recruit both full-time and part-time teaching assistants to support the schools in the Burnley area (BB10) 

The roles on offer will vary from 1-2 days a week up to 5 days, with working hours being 8:30 – 15:30.

Pay rate: £11.85 - £12.55 per hour

We are currently recruiting now for roles starting in February 2024 and onwards.

Whilst experience is desirable, it’s not essential.

Typical TA Duties can include:

• Working with students who need additional support either on 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Motivating and inspiring children to learn and participate in classroom activities.
• Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
• Support the teacher with general classroom and behaviour management.
• Prepare lesson resources.
• Help to keep the classroom clean and tidy.
