Flexible TA Work for Students
Ideal for students of any subject & those looking to work flexibly!
- Work around your schedule, between 1 & 4 days per week.
- Earn up to £12/hr.
- Gain classroom and ALN experience – ideal for those looking to do their teacher training or aiming for a career in education/youth or youth work.
As a Teaching Assistant with us, you choose your hours and where you work! We help schools across Cardiff with their staffing needs, providing teaching assistants for short- and long-term cover where required. You will be able to work flexibly around your studies and lifestyle, supporting pupils with additional needs at a range of levels according to your skills and preferences.
Registration & Working with Us
Getting started with us is easy... get in touch or apply to start the process. We will then contact you to arrange an interview and guide you through vetting to ensure that you are ready to start work. Once cleared, you will control your own availability using the MyTP work app, allowing us to book you in for shifts as and when you are free. Get paid weekly and build your experience and skills as you earn!
Requirements:
- Positive, friendly, and supportive approach.
- Studying towards, or completed, a degree level education.
- Willingness to learn and support vulnerable pupils, and those with additional learning needs.
- Enhanced Child Only DBS with Update Service Registration (support can be provided)
- Education Workforce Council (support can be provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
