We’re looking for dedicated and adaptable Secondary Teaching Assistants to join our flexible support team working across schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT).

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young people or supporting learning (school-based or transferable experience).

• A flexible and proactive attitude, with the confidence to adapt to different school settings.

• A genuine passion for helping students learn, develop, and grow.

• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• A driver with access to a car is highly desirable due to travel between schools.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help.

• Encouraging positive learning behaviours and helping to manage classroom routines.

• Assisting with lesson preparation, resources, and general classroom organisation.

• Building great relationships with students and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
