Job description

Job Title: Supply Teacher (Primary Edition!)
Salisbury & the lovely bits around it
Pay: Paid to scale

Are you a qualified primary teacher who loves the magic of the classroom but dreams of ditching the rigid routine? Welcome to your new teaching adventure with Teaching Personnel — where flexibility reigns and every day is a new chapter.

We’re on the hunt for reliable, ready-to-go Supply Superstars to join our fun, professional team, delivering engaging lessons across Early Years, KS1 and KS2. Think of it as teaching – but with more freedom, variety, and fewer staffroom politics.

✏️ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Rocking up to schools ready to deliver brilliant lessons.
  • Keeping the class in check like a pro – good vibes only, no chaos.
  • Building great rapport with students and staff – because you're just that kind of person.
  • Being cool, calm, and adaptable across different schools.

What You’ll Need:

  • QTS (that’s Qualified Teacher Status, not a secret agent code – though that would be cool too).
  • Experience teaching in primary schools – your classroom stories are legendary.
  • Punctuality and reliability – gold star stuff.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to get one – we can help!).
  • Two years’ worth of references – we’re talking about work references.
  • Willingness to complete our free safeguarding course (you’ll be safer than Fort Knox).

Why Join Teaching Personnel?

  • Daily pay that rewards your skills and time.
  • Total control of your schedule – work when you want, where you want.
  • Gain loads of experience across different classrooms and school settings.
  • Dedicated consultant (like a teaching guardian angel) who’s there for you every step of the way.

Ready to Join the Adventure?

Email your CV (make sure it's snazzy and up to date!) to:
