Flexible MFL Teacher

Are you a NQT or experienced teacher of MFL looking for day to day or temporary work in the Portsmouth and Fareham areas?

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of secondary schools in the Portsmouth and Fareham area that require cover in their languages department for varying amounts of time. Ideally we are looking for fully qualified Teachers who have a large amount of availability looking for adhoc work. Languages taught in our partner schools include French, Spanish, German, Italian and Mandarin to KS3/4/5.

In some cases, Schools may need cover for short or long periods of time, anything form 1 day extending to up to a year for a maternity cover. We are interested to hear from any teachers available for flexible work for any timings they can commit to.

You may be asked on occasion – particularly for short term cover – to supervise a class outside of you subject specialism. In these cases, work will be provided for you in advance, you’ll simply watch over a class as they complete the pre set work.

Our partner schools are happy to consider all experience levels from interested teachers, full support provided for newly qualified teachers.

If you match any of the following criteria, please read on and apply:

  • You are a qualified KS3/4/5 MFL teacher
  • Have experience teaching any of the following languages: French/Spanish/German/Italian
  • You are for flexible work
  • You are available for long term supply positions, salary negotiable (dependant on experience)
  • You are available to work in schools located in the Portsmouth and Fareham areas
  • You have strong behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This will be a temporary position and may go permanent at a later date.
