Flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Wigan
Location: Wigan
Start Date: Immediate and September starts available
Daily Rate: £105 – £140 (paid weekly via PAYE)

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a network of supportive primary schools across Wigan, offering flexible day-to-day and short-term opportunities for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs). You decide when and where you work — we’ll take care of the rest.

What We’re Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or significant TA experience with whole-class delivery.
- Confidence managing classrooms and adapting to new settings.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting children’s learning.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
