Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
• Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, coaching, etc.) is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• A genuine interest in supporting students’ education and wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
