EYFS Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse

Teaching Personnel are urgently seeking a qualified / experienced Teaching Assistants / Nursery Nurse for a number of long and short term roles within Early Years primary school settings across Scarborough.

We're looking for someone who...

Suitable candidates will ideally be available full time, but we may consider part time hours for the right person who has the relevant experience. You will be qualified to level 2 or above and have significant experience in working with children aged 0- 5 years old. Baby room experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Flexibility and a resilient and positive attitude is essential!

The role...

You will provide care for children up to five years old while maintaining a clean, tidy, child-friendly environment. You will supervise activities, such as messy play, crafts, cooking, reading and outdoor/physical pursuits while ensuring the safety of all children, in different nurseries across the city on an supply basis. Having knowledge of Phonics schemes and the early years curriculum is also beneficial
