EYFS Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £80 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)
A vibrant and inclusive primary schools in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development to build hands-on experience in a school setting.
What You'll be doing:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS activities
- Assist with phonics, early maths, and communication tasks
- Encourage learning through play, exploration, and structured routines
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with children with varying needs
- Help with observations, assessments, and learning diaries
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in Early Years or Nursery settings
- A caring, patient, and nurturing personality
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework is a plus
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification is desirable
- A DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
