EYFS Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for an EYFS Teacher to join their welcoming and inclusive team from January. This is a great opportunity for an ECT who is looking to start their teaching career or an experienced teacher looking for a change.

About the role?

• Start-date: 5^th January
• Full-time position
• Ongoing/long-term

As an EYFS Teacher, you will take the lead in designing and delivering creative, lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Your role will involve nurturing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where children feel encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. You’ll be responsible for tracking and assessing each child’s development, maintaining detailed records, and working collaboratively with parents, carers, and support staff. Your contribution will be key in creating a positive, supportive atmosphere where every child feels confident, valued, and ready for the next stage of their learning journey.

What we’re looking for:

• QTS with a background in EYFS teaching
• Experience working with EYFS (teacher training placements included)
• Creative, inclusive and patient approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and colleagues
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
